By Car

There is a 4-story council carpark directly behind the shop. Another council carpark is available on the eastern side of Cabramatta railway station. Parking for a few dollars is also available behind the Cabramatta Inn on Railway Parade.

By Train

If you're coming from the City, you exit on the eastern side platform. Walk over the ramp to the western side, cross the road and go up the street running west. This is John Street, and the No.1 Childrens Clothing and Shoe Shop is on the right hand side, opposite the St. George Bank.

Cabramatta Attractions

Cabramatta is the epicentre of Australia's Vietnamese community, and contains numerous good quality Vietnamese restaurants. As a former French colony, the Vietnamese love a good coffee, and Cabramatta has 14 coffee shops where you can get everything from Western-style coffees, to traditional Vietnamese ice coffees and popular Asian-style juices and shakes.

There are a number of bread shops and cake shops, as well as places to get chips and ice cream for the kids.

Cabramatta has a number of $2 shops which are fun to look around, selling everything imaginable.

Jewellery shops, adult clothes shops and newsagents can also be found, as well as the cheapest butchers in Sydney!

Popular Days

Two popular days to visit Cabramatta are the Moon Festival on September 7th, and the Chinese New Year in February. For the Moon Festival, the streets are blocked off, and stalls set up on the road. Traditional singing and dancing shows are put on, and in 2010 over 90,000 people attended!

So when you come to visit the No.1 Childrens Clothing and Shoe Shop, why not make a day of it and enjoy the unique area of Cabramatta!
